An AI interview-preparation platform that builds a realistic interview from a candidate's resume and target JD, then conducts and evaluates it end to end.

- Personas derived from real interviews, with resume/JD understanding driving tailored coding, system-design, and behavioural rounds.
- Auth flow, multi-agent orchestration, and core workflow designed around a full interview run — question generation, live delivery, evaluation, and a structured report.
- Third-party service selection for data, voice, and scale, with the product core built to hold up under production load.
Outcome
Took the product from an open-ended AI idea to a defined, buildable system with a clear orchestration model and evaluation loop.

- Campaign engine that learns the team's sales strategy, researches each lead, and drafts outreach grounded in that context.
- Channel layer across calling, email, and WhatsApp, including WhatsApp templates, real-time conversation handling, and vendor evaluation for calling and messaging services.
- Multi-agent workflow connecting lead research, drafting, sequencing, and follow-up, with human review where it matters.
Outcome
Increased sales outreach 500% with the same team, supported multiple B2B closures; expansion from internal B2B tooling to D2C in progress.

ASI's digital platforms — ASI websites, storms.in, and STORMS Delivery — plus NextGen STORMS, an offline air-gapped system for Tri-Service Indian Defence.

- STORMS Delivery covers failure reports, logistics failure reports, asset movements, and team activity, delivered from scratch with Agile sprint planning and full artifacts.
- Configurable workflow engine: users can create custom workflows for any module (e.g., Failure Reports) by defining activities/steps — fully dynamic across services, with IEEE 830 SRS/FBD/SADD, data localisation, MQTT alerting, asset state machines, RBAC, and fault-tolerant operations.
- NextGen STORMS: air-gapped architecture and end-user sync model, with AI services for RAG chat, failure-report summarisation, text-to-speech, and similar-failure retrieval.
Outcome
Legacy STORMS live and in active delivery; dynamic, configurable workflows across modules; NextGen architecture and AI services defined for Tri-Service deployment.

DirectDebitPro — a B2B Direct Debit platform built from a workflow that started inside another CreateBytes product, now sold directly to UK merchants.

- Payment APIs and workflows for L&Z and PayPal in NestJS, including method selection and token handling for repayments.
- Merchant-facing product from idea to live service: onboarding, collection workflows, reconciliation, and feature launches.
- Xero integration workflow finalised for invoice reconciliation, alongside customer-success ownership for merchant enquiries.
Outcome
Live in the UK, with customer success and new feature delivery owned end to end.

- Worked with infra and ML teams on on-prem server cost analysis and deployment.
